I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about the lending process. Ryan and his team walked me through each step, and explained any annoying questions I had, to make sure I understood everything about the contract and long-term commitment I was making. They were able to lower my interest rate by informing me which items to pay off on my credit report and increased my monthly mortgage limit by paying PMI up front at closing, instead within the monthly mortgage costs. This gave me a larger borrowing amount and got me into the perfect home for me and my family!!

Plain and simple, Ryan is the primary reason our deal got done. There was some unforeseen title issues after signing that he pushed with underwriting and got our deal closed.
